Recruiting privacy

MDJ Express Inc. uses the contact information, driving experience, and optional details you submit to review your interest in employment and communicate about recruiting.

How your information is handled

Applications are stored in our private recruiting database and sent to our recruiting team using our email service provider when configured. Recruiting staff may record private notes and application statuses. Records and emails may be retained in the database, recruiting mailbox, and backups. Access is restricted to authorized recruiting staff and service providers supporting recruiting.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a recruiting campaign, UTM campaign parameters present in the page URL are included with your application to help us understand its source. This site does not load marketing pixels or nonessential tracking cookies.

Your choices

Submitting information is voluntary. Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, birth dates, or sensitive screening information. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting the recruiting team using the contact information provided in their recruiting correspondence. Requests are subject to applicable retention requirements.

Screening and employment

This form is an initial recruiting inquiry, not an employment offer. Selected candidates receive separate instructions for the official application and First Advantage screening process, which has its own notices.
